Joshua Kimmich- 8/10

The skipper for the day led from the front through his brilliant performance against Werder Bremen. Kimmich completed 94% of his passes and created three chances in the game. He is slowly establishing himself in the midfield under Vincent Kompany after a difficult last season.

Aleksandar Pavlovic- 7/10

Pavlovic was the safer midfielder against Bremen. He didn’t create chances, but his passing was a treat to watch. The German midfielder also fared well in terms of completing majority of the passes he attempted.

João Palhinha- 6/10

Palhinha came on for the last 20 minutes as Bayern looked to see out the result. He kept things simple and tidy in the center of the park.
