Goal of the Season

There have been several spectacular strikes for Bayern Munich this season, but nothing comes close to Harry Kane’s terrific goal from the halfway line against Darmstadt on matchday nine of the Bundesliga.

Bayern were cruising to a victory after scoring four goals in the hour mark against Darmstadt. In the 68th minute of the game, Thomas Muller won the ball in his half and found Kane in the center circle. The English striker had options on his right and left, but he decided to go for the goal with a pinpoint long shot. Despite the goalkeeper’s best efforts to stop the goal, Kane’s accuracy made sure that Bayern scored their fifth goal of the afternoon.

The goal against Darmstadt showed the immaculate skill level Kane possesses. He is a prolific goal-scorer and has the skill and bravery to be a scorer of great goals.
