5. Mats Hummels (€30.5m)
Bayern Munich sold Mats Hummels to Borussia Dortmund twice but it was the second time the sale was sanctioned which sees the veteran German defender make the list.
The centre-back who won the Bundesliga three times with Bayern Munich is their fifth most expensive transfer exit of all-time. It was achieved when Borussia Dortmund signed him in 2019 and paid a €30.5m fee to Bayern Munich.

Mats Hummels has had a pretty remarkable career considering he has never ventured outside of German football. So far across his different tenures, Hummels has picked up five Bundesliga titles, three DFB-Pokals, four DFL-Supercups and, of course, the FIFA World Cup.
