Midfield

Joshua Kimmich - 8.5/10

Scored the third goal for the hosts with a long-range belter. Controlled the tempo of Bayern’s build-up from deep and also put in a solid shift at right-back after Laimer’s substitution. Capped off a great performance with a pin-point cross which found Davies’ head for Bayern’s fifth of the night.

Leon Goretzka - 7.5/10

Looked a bit shaky during the buildup at times but was largely alright. Always excellent going forward and could have scored. Set up Kane on a plate which was unfortunately saved by a strong hand from Gulacsi.

Jamal Musiala - 8.5/10

Musiala continues to rack up his season’s tally with another goal and assist against Leipzig. With a staggering 11 duels won, his ability to keep the winning the ball back was massively important to Bayern’s counter-pressing.
