CM, Joshua Kimmich- Bayern are going to stick with the preferred midfield personnel against Bayer Leverkusen. The visitors are likely to play in a low block, which will allow Die Roten to dominate possession for lengthy periods of the game. Kimmich has done well this season when it comes to providing creativity in the center of the park. He will have a crucial role to play in breaking Leverkusen’s defensive resolve on Tuesday.

DM, Leon Goretzka- With every passing game, Leon Goretzka is showing his quality and experience after enduring a frustrating start to the season. The German midfielder provided steel and solidity to the midfield against Dortmund. Kompany will expect a similar level of performance from him on Tuesday when Leverkusen will look to hurt hosts on the counter.

AM, Jamal Musiala- The Bavarian faithful have enjoyed terrific performances from Jamal Musiala away from home in the Bundesliga. The German attacking midfielder scored a hattrick away at Mainz in the previous round of DFB Pokal. With Harry Kane ruled out for the game, Bayern will heavily rely on Musiala for goals against Bayer Leverkusen when he starts in the number ten position. It is time for the German attacking midfielder to score in front of the home fans.
