Bayern Munich vs Bayer Leverkusen: Predicted Starting XI

GK, Manuel Neuer- After a run of seven games, Neuer finally conceded a goal against Borussia Dortmund. The German shot-stopper couldn’t have done anything to stop Dortmund’s goal. He will look to begin a new run of clean sheets with a good performance against Bayer Leverkusen.

RB, Sacha Boey- Considering his good cameo against Borussia Dortmund, Sacha Boey has a case to get back in the starting XI against Bayer Leverkusen. The French full-back is eager to contribute to Die Roten's success after enduring a frustrating spell on the sidelines.

CB, Kim Min-jae- Despite suffering a cut just above the eyebrow against Borussia Dortmund, Kim Min-jae should be fit for the clash against Bayer Leverkusen. The Bavarian faithful will hope that the South Korean defender continues his recent good run of form.

CB, Dayot Upamecano- Vincent Kompany rested Upamecano in the previous round against Mainz, but the French defender is unlikely to miss out on Tuesday due to the enormity of the game. Upamecano has been a standout defender for Die Roten this season after a difficult second half of last season.

LB, Alphonso Davies- Considering how keen Bayern are to go deep in the DFB Pokal, Kompany will not rotate in the left-back position. Raphaël Guerreiro has done well this season, but Davies remains the standout choice for the left-back role after the Canadian's return to form.
