Debut goal vs. Schalke
In the 8-0 demolishment of Schalke in the season opener, a lanky boy came on to the pitch as the tie had clearly been settled. He just recently made his debut for Bayern at the tail end of last season.
Just 10 minutes after being subbed on, the boy with a baby face dribbled confidently through Schalke's defence and slotted it home into the bottom left corner. At 17 years and 205 days, he broke Roque Santa Cruz's record to become Bayern's youngest goal scorer at the time.
He made sure to celebrate it in style as well, posing with a letter M to signify his initial, making sure no one forgets his name. In the same season, this young lad also became the youngest to score in the Champions League for the club.
Welcome to the big league, Jamal Musiala.
Musiala's first goal for Bayern Munich was against Schalke 04 on September 18, 2020.
