Harry Kane
With Diaz and Olise dominating the proceedings in attack, Harry Kane wasn’t asked to do too much against the Wolves. He actually didn’t register a single shot in the first half. The English striker was more of a facilitator than a goal-scorer on Sunday, whilst, at times, helping out in defense.
With Bayern in control, his first direct goal involvement wasn’t until the 68th minute when he unselfishly teed up Raphael Guerreiro for the fifth goal. A minute later, Kane scored a peach of a goal when he curled the ball into the net from the edge of the box. After 77 minutes, with the result of the match beyond doubt, the 32-year-old striker was replaced by 17-year-old Wisdom Mike.
Honorable mentions go out to Aleksandar Pavlovic and Tom Bischof, who started the game together as the midfield double pivot for the first time in a Bundesliga match.
