Michael Olise
Harry Kane may have stolen the show with his second-half performance, but in the first half, the main man for Die Roten was Michael Olise. The 23-year-old French attacker opened the scoring in the 27th minute courtesy of an excellent first-time strike with his weaker right foot.
With less than five minutes remaining in the half, Olise completed his brace and made it 3-0 when, from inside the box, he feigned to shoot and then drilled it past the keeper inside the near post after cutting in from the right.
Olise was Bayern’s best attacking player during the opening 45 minutes. The Bavarian faithful would have been well pleased to see Olise picking up from where he left off last season.
