Jamal Musiala

At the Bay Arena, Jamala Musiala looked like both the most menacing and most unlucky player in attack. Musiala completed three dribbles on the night (the most from any player) and twice struck the woodwork.

From just 50 touches, Musiala was fouled ten times as he seemed to have the opposition on the back foot almost every time that he touched the ball in the attacking half of the pitch. Apart from striking the frame of the goal twice, he also created one big chance.

When Musiala wasn’t attacking, he did his share of work off the ball by winning an impressive 13 of 19 ground duels and also making seven recoveries.
