Harry Kane

With two goals in the game, Harry Kane could well stake claim to being Die Roten’s man-of-the-match. Following his decent showing on Wednesday when he managed to get his name on the scoresheet with a header against Slovan Bratislava, the England Captain went one better in scoring a headed brace against Holstein Kiel from just 22 touches in only 58 minutes of action. His second goal gave Die Roten a commanding 3-0 lead just one minute into the second half.

Kane was a perfect 13/13 with his passing which included three long balls. It was a near-perfect evening for the 31-year-old striker as he also registered all four of his shots on target. Based on the outcome of Saturday’s game Kane will need to continue that kind of efficiency for the Bavarian side to have any hopes of a good run during the business end of the season.
