Jamal Musiala

With Augsburg sitting in a low block, Bayern's attack was afforded little space throughout the game. In the first half, the hosts toiled without reward. However, the guile and determination of Jamal Musiala ensured that the opposition was pegged back in their half for most of the match. Musiala had six shots on target and completed five dribbles; the most from any player in both categories.

Despite not getting his name on the scoresheet, the 21-year-old attacking midfielder was a constant threat going forward. He also helped out in other areas by winning 64% of his ground duels contested (9/14). The German attacking midfielder is enjoying a rich vein of form for club and country.
