4) Joshua Kimmich vs RB Leipzig
For the final game before the international break, Bayern hosted an RB Leipzig side who had beaten Bayer Leverkusen and Frankfurt this season.
After a frantic start to the game, we witnessed Konrad Laimer sink his former club with a goal in 25 minutes. Then, ten minutes or so later, Kimmich also managed to strike against his former employers – and what a goal it was too.
Picking the ball up in space outside the box, the captain unleashed a thunderous strike that left Peter Gulacsi absolutely helpless in the Leipzig goal. The 29-year-old is known for his technique and finesse, but his ball striking here was superb. This was a goal fitting of his season so far.
