Manuel Neuer is the greatest keeper of all time (not overreacting)

There should be little further debate after that calibre of performance Manuel Neuer pulled out of his bag against Real Madrid. He kept a shaky defence intact away at Bernabeu against two of the world's best football players.

Vinicius Jr. and Mbappe fired countless efforts from all angles and distances, but they were all met with Neuer's stern hands. Even in Bayern's only goal conceded, Neuer even had his hand on it with lightning reflexes.

The 40-year-old turned back the clock on this occasion, having fans reminiscing about his performance against Porto in 2008 and his first match at the Bernabeu in 2012. He showed that he is still a top-level keeper despite his age, and there is no underestimating Bayern's defence with him between the sticks.
