Not too much to be taken away from such a game
Despite seeing the likes of Karl repay the faith shown in him by his coach and Pavlovic shining in the middle of the park, taking the level of opposition into consideration, not too many conclusions can be drawn from the victory over the Belgian side.
Bayern were so superior to their opponents that the likes of Harry Kane, Michael Olise, and Luis Diaz could have afforded to each miss at least one good goal-scoring opportunity without the final result being in jeopardy. Bayern will face their sternest test of the season to date in just under two weeks when they travel to France to take on the reigning Champions of Europe-Paris Saint-Germain.
