Harry Kane’s prowess

Early on, the packed Hamburg defense afforded Harry Kane little time and space. Whilst that approach denied the Englishman any direct scoring opportunities, he flipped the script after only nine minutes when he turned provider for Aleksandar Pavlovic to score Bayern’s second goal. Kane himself scored the third goal with a penalty kick.

Whilst Kane was being tightly marked, three other players got their names on the scoresheet to put the game to bed before the half-time interval.

Th fifth and final goal was all down to the work ethic and high footballing IQ of the England Captain. Kane started a brilliant counter attacking move from just outside his team’s penalty area and in a matter of seconds he was at the other end of the pitch to finish off the move. With Chelsea up next the Bavarian faithful could be well pleased to see Kane in this sort of form.
