Bayern Munich are still working behind the scenes to strengthen the squad on a long-term basis. The 33-year-old striker is also content with life in Munich. Considering the fact that Kane is the most prolific striker in Europe, it is a no-brainer for Bayern to tie him down on a long-term contract.
The talks between Bayern and Kane have been smooth until now, as both parties want an extension. While talking to the media during the international break (via iMiaSanMia), Kane insisted that talks are coming to a positive conclusion and everything can be sorted when he returns to Munich after playing for England.

Kane has been a sensational signing for Bayern. The English forward arrived from Tottenham Hotspur three years ago for €100 million. He became the fastest player to score 100 goals for a European club in the 21st century. Kane recently reached the milestone of 100 goals in the Bundesliga.
The English striker scored 73 goals last season, with only Lionel Messi ahead of him in the record for most goals in a single season. Kane has also managed to lift trophies after enduring trophy-less years at Tottenham Hotspur.
With Bayern competing for big trophies every season, it makes sense for Kane to stay in Munich. He is showing no signs of decline, so Bayern can afford to offer him a long-term deal even though he turned 33 earlier this year. A contract extension will be a fruitful outcome for both parties.
Kane eyeing Champions League glory with Bayern
After lifting domestic trophies with Bayern over the last two seasons, Kane is eyeing European glory. Die Roten have gone deep in the Champions League, but they are yet to get over the line in the semi-final or quarter-final.
