Bayern Munich receive boost as Jamal Musiala reveals he can imagine extending his contract

Jamal Musiala has given the biggest hint yet that he could be about to sign a contract extension at Bayern Munich.
One of the most coveted players in the world, Jamal Musiala has just over 18 months left on his current contract with Bayern Munich. Those in charge at the club are keen to agree to an extension with the playmaker's entourage. And Musiala has now hinted that a new contract could be in the offing for him.

Speaking after scoring a match-winning hat-trick for Bayern Munich in the second round of the DFB-Pokal against Mainz 05, Musiala gave a clear hint that he can imagine extending his contract with the club. "Yes, I can already imagine it. We are in talks. I'm happy here," Musiala said via Sky Sport.
It is no secret that the Bayern Munich bosses would like to keep Musiala at the club for years to come. And the likes of Max Eberl and Christoph Freund have launched a charm offensive in recent months to make that a reality.
According to Sky Sport, Bayern would like to reach an agreement on a contract extension with Jamal Musiala before the end of the calendar year.
Several big clubs have been linked with Musiala in recent months, including the likes of Manchester City, Real Madrid, Arsenal, and FC Barcelona. The 21 year old is enjoying an excellent season at FC Bayern, and has seven goals and four assists to his name in just ten appearances across all competitions for the club.
