Bayern Munich vs Union Berlin: Predicted Starting XI

GK, Manuel Neuer- Despite poor performances in recent weeks, there are no doubts about Neuer’s position in the goal. After two consecutive clean sheets, Neuer will hope to keep Union Berlin at bay and get back to his best rhythm.

RB, Raphaël Guerreiro- Kompany has been rotating in the right-back position over the last month. Since Konrad Laimer started in the last two games, Guerreiro is likely to get the nod against Union Berlin.

CB, Kim Min-jae- Kompany was able to give Kim Min-jae some rest during the game against Mainz. The South Korean defender came off early in the second half since Die Roten were cruising to a 4-0 victory. He is expected to be back in the starting XI against Union Berlin.

CB, Dayot Upamecano- The French defender missed the game against Mainz due to a minor issue. However, Bayern are hopeful about his return to the team on Saturday.

LB, Alphonso Davies- There is a straightforward selection in the left-back position. Davies has been in good form over the last few weeks, so deservedly keeps his place in the starting XI. He got much-deserved rest during the final 30 minutes against Mainz after playing 90 minutes for eight consecutive games.
