Stars of the month

Harry Kane- The 31-year-old striker continued his fine run of form during October. The mini-slump before the international break lasted for only three games. Since returning from international duty, Kane has scored five goals in four games.

Joshua Kimmich- The German international has been Bayern’s most consistent player this season. Kimmich continued to dominate in the center of the park in October. He is the volume passer of the team, creating chances and helping the team dictate the tempo of the game. Kimmich also managed to grab two assists in six games for Die Roten during October.

Alphonso Davies- Kompany has managed to get the best out of Davies over the last couple of months. After a slow start to the season, Davies has steadily improved for Bayern. He was Die Roten’s consistent defender over the last five weeks. The Canadian also chipped in with an assist against Bochum in the Bundesliga. Courtesy of consistency in performances, Davies has earned a promotion in our power rankings.

Jamal Musiala- Despite playing only four games in October due to a hip injury, Jamal Musiala managed to be a star man for Bayern. The 21-year-old grabbed his first hat trick for Bayern against Mainz in DFB Pokal. He also found the back of the net against Bochum in the Bundesliga. Musiala also did well against FC Barcelona after coming on in the first half, but it was too late for Die Roten to come back in the game.
