Midfield
Leon Goretzka - 7/10
Wasn't of much help in regular midfield duties but looked threatening going forward. The German midfielder had a massive 1 on 1 chance saved by Schmeichel early in the second half. His headed attempt led to Davies' goal in the last minute of added time.
Joshua Kimmich - 8/10
Creative nucleus of Bayern's attack. Manufactured 6 chances - the most by any player in the match.
Attack
Serge Gnabry - 4/10
Disastrous outing from the German winger as almost nothing went his way yesterday night. Somehow fluffed the easiest of passes to Musiala who was through on goal.
Jamal Musiala - 6/10
Tidy with the ball, created a few chances but that's pretty much it. Not at all enough from Bayern's new top earner. Still far off from the form he displayed in the first half of the season.
Harry Kane - 5.5/10
Anonymous and lethargic performance from the English International. Kane hit the crossbar once but that was about it. Struggled to press and looked visibly unfit, which was later revealed to be a calf issue as he got hooked at halftime.
Michael Olise - 7.5/10
Olise was having a mixed bag of performance until the last minute where his deliciously weighted curling cross led to Bayern's decisive goal.
Substitutes
Kingsley Coman - 6.5/10
Came on for an injured Harry Kane at the beginning of the second half. The Frenchman troubled Celtic in 1v1s but failed to put in dangerous crosses.
Leroy Sané - 7/10
Replaced Serge Gnabry in the 54th minute. Looked sharp and direct after coming on. Showed initiative to make things happen attack-wise for Bayern.
Alphonso Davies - 8/10
Substituted for Guerreiro in the 64th minute and looked like an instant improvement in the left-back position. Scored the decisive equalizer which won Bayern the tie.
Thomas Müller - N/A
Replaced Jamal Musiala for the final few seconds of the game.
