Conclusion
Following the 2-2 draw against Union Berlin, this was the second consecutive game in which a team had some measure of success by taking the game to Bayern from the outset. Ahead of the clash with Arsenal on Wednesday, this scenario definitely warrants concern along with the current injury problems, notwithstanding Saturday's return of Hiroki Ito. Kompany’s men definitely can’t afford a third consecutive poor start.
However, with the current form of Michael Olise and Harry Kane in the attack, along with the hunger and desire from the likes of Karl and Bischof, Bayern can still fancy their chances of coming away from the Emirates with a positive result.
