Thursday marked the first day of games during the October international break. With it, several Bayern Munich players were in action. Let's see how they got on.

First of all, Nestory Irankunda was in action for Australia in their World Cup qualifier against China. The Bayern winger had to be withdrawn at half-time with an injury, but his side picked up a huge three points after only picking up one point from their first two qualifiers. Next up for Australia is an away game against Japan on Tuesday, kick-off 12:35 CEST.

Kim Min-Jae leads South Korea to victory

Next, Kim Min-Jae captained South Korea in their World Cup qualifier away to Jordan. It was the perfect day for the Bayern defender, securing a clean sheet and three points with an important 2-0 win. Kim made six clearances, had 116 touches and made 100/108 successful passes in an assured display. Next up for South Korea is a home game against Iraq on Tuesday, kick-off 13:00 CEST.

Onto the European games, where Michael Olise started for France in their Nations League game against Israel. Dayot Upamecano withdrew from the squad with the injury he picked up against Frankfurt. The Bayern attacker was unable to make a huge impact on the game, though Les Blues picked up a 4-1 win regardless. Next up for France is a trip to Belgium on Monday, kick-off 20:45 CEST.

Harry Kane has not withdrawn from the England squad, but also missed the game with an injury from the draw against Frankfurt. England lost 2-1 to Greece at home in his absence. Next up for England is a trip to Finland on Sunday, kick-off 18:00 CEST.
