Bayern Munich have been actively looking to sort out deals for players surplus to their needs. They have already agreed deals for Daniel Peretz and Alexander Nubel, while talks are taking place with Eintracht Frankfurt for Noel Aseko.
Joao Palhinha is also attracting interest from several clubs across Europe. The Portuguese midfielder is expected to leave Die Roten on a permanent deal this summer. Bayern are also hoping to find a club for Bryan Zaragoza.
The Spanish winger had a difficult last season away from Bayern. He had two loan spells in a season. He spent the first half of the campaign at Celta Vigo before joining AS Roma in January. The Spaniard struggled with injuries at the Italian club, reducing his appearances to just four games in the second half of the season.
Zaragoza doesn’t feature in Bayern’s plans for the new campaign. According to Orgullobiri in Spain, Zaragoza is attracting interest from Sevilla and Alavés. Espanyol are also keeping a close eye on Zaragoza’s situation. Die Roten are yet to receive an offer for the Spanish winger.
The interested Spanish clubs want to understand Zaragoza's fitness before making a concrete move for him. He was troubled by inflammation in his knee at Roma. Provided he is completely fit, Bayern should be able to part ways with him in this transfer window.
Zaragoza had a decent spell at Osasuna in 2024/25, earning him a call-up to the Spanish national team. However, the last 12 months have been difficult for him due to injuries and form on the pitch. The 24-year-old needs to find the right club this summer to kickstart his career.
Bayern not expecting further arrivals in the attack
After completing a deal for Ismael Saibari from PSV Eindhoven, Bayern are not expected to sign another forward this summer. The Bavarian club had initially planned to sign Anthony Gordon from Newcastle United, but FC Barcelona won the race to sign him.
Die Roten moved quickly for Saibari after missing out on Gordon. The Moroccon can play in multiple positions in the attack, giving Vincent Kompany a lot of flexibility and depth in the attack.
Bayern chiefs will also hope Jamal Musiala is back to his best next season to add more quality to their attack. The German forward endured a difficult last season after spending six months on the sidelines due to a serious injury. He found rhythm and form at the end of the season, which bodes well for the upcoming campaign.
