What is Bayern Munich getting in Harry Kane?
Boost to Bayern’s image
As the Bundesliga lost one England star this summer in Jude Bellingham’s move to Real Madrid, Die Roten has made sure another English star will not be in the Premier League this season. Convincing England’s captain and all-time leading goal scorer to cross the Atlantic is no easy feat.
The Athletic (via Bleacher Report) reported in April of Manchester United’s interest in signing Kane and hinted at Manchester City’s past interest in the star forward. Paris Saint-Germain was also keen on signing Kane this summer. But in the end, it was the Rekordmeister and Thomas Tuchel that finally convinced both Kane and Tottenham to get a deal done.
The fact that Bayern can persuade a player to leave the best league in the world, a country that he captains at the national level I might add, and seek another challenge just 47 goals away from breaking a league record speaks volumes.

Bayern Munich is a massive club and one that is willing to take their shot at some of the biggest players in the world. The capture of Harry Kane proves that the Bavarians are not happy settling for early Champions League exits, and are willing to do what is necessary to show their intent to capture more than just the Bundesliga title.
