Bayern Munich make Harry Kane top target for next summer
Bayern Munich deserves all the plaudits for a successful transfer window. The Bavarian club managed to address key positions in the squad before the start of the season. Bayern Munich also managed to raise significant money from the departures of wantaway and fringe players in the first team.
Rekordmeister once again proved this summer that they are one of the most efficient clubs in the transfer market. Die Roten manages to execute plans to make sure that success is achieved in the present and future. The defending German Champions also draw plans for future months before the window to swiftly complete the business when the market is open.
The club chiefs have already identified a top target for next summer. According to SportBild, Bayern will try to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur in the next summer transfer window. Die Roten has assured Kane’s agent that a bid will arrive if he doesn’t extend his contract with Spurs during the current season.
The English forward currently has two years left on his current deal. Spurs are expected to open talks with him for a new deal during the season. Die Roten will definitely keep an eye on his situation since they may look to add more firepower to the attack after the departure of Robert Lewandowski in the summer.
Harry Kane has been one of the most complete strikers in Europe over the past five seasons. He has scored at an incredible rate for Spurs in the Premier League. Kane has also managed to shine for his country since he is closing on the goalscoring record for England.
Despite Kane having only one year left on contract next summer, Bayern will have to pay a significant fee to sign him. Spurs do not sell star players unless there is a monumental offer. The North London club had rejected significant bids from Manchester City in 2021 for Kane.
Kane would be an incredible signing for Bayern Munich. Along with being a brilliant finisher, Kane can also link up play in the final third to great effect. He will be the ideal fit for Die Roten’s number nine for the next four years. From the forward’s perspective, a move to Bayern will definitely help him in winning the first major trophy of his career.

For now, Bayern has enough options in the attack to fill the void left by Lewandowski. The Bavarian club signed Sadio Mane from Liverpool and Mattys Tel from Rennes to strengthen the attack. Mane has hit the ground running by scoring five goals across all competitions in August, while young Tel bagged his first goal for the club in the first round of DFB Pokal.
