Bayern Munich has witnessed some world-class players representing them in the last five years. It has been almost 10 years since the German Champions had failed to win the Bundesliga title. They have been dominant in the league, creating a huge gap between them and other clubs in Germany.

The success achieved by Bayern has largely been achieved with the help of good coaches and sound recruitment. An efficient approach to recruitment has been one of the reasons behind so much success for Bayern in the last five years. The club has always done proper research on transfers, helping them have an excellent hit rate in the transfer market. However, some of their signings under Hasan Salihamidzic have failed to impress the fans of the Bavarian side.
