Bayern Munich always continued their desire to have the very best of young German talent at their club when they signed young Serge Gnabry from Werder Bremen in the summer of 2017. He was considered to be a future talent for the Bavarian side and he has lived up to his expectations in the club.

The Bavarian club loaned the European Under-21 champion out to Hoffenheim for the 2017/18 season to gain further experience. After enjoying a productive spell under Julian Nagelsmann at Hoffenheim, Gnabry returned to Bavaria in 2018 to become a key player in the first team.

In a squad of talented forwards like Thomas Muller, Arjen Robben, and Franck Ribery, Gnabry managed to shine and get adequate playing time. He helped the Bavarians make an extraordinary comeback to win the Bundesliga. Gnabry has proven to be an extremely versatile attacking player, owing to his ability to use both feet and be effective in a variety of attacking situations.

As a result of his performances, he was voted as the Player of the Season at Bayern Munich for the 2018/19 season. He has won four Bundesliga titles, two DFB-Pokal, FIFA Club World Cup, and Champions League with Die Roten. The German International had scored 64 times and 40 assists for Die Roten with 170 appearances.

This summer, Bayern Munich will be looking for an extended deal with Serge Gnabry. Bayern has reportedly increased their contract offer for Serge Gnabry. The German winger will be earning between €17-19M every year if he signs the new deal with the German club. The Bavarian faithful will be hoping that he extends his stay in Bavaria after becoming a pivotal first-team player in the last three seasons.
