FWD, Jamal Musiala — 9/10

Jamal Musiala once again shone for Bayern Munich. The youngster managed to get a brace to his name against Wolfsburg to give Die Roten much-needed impetus in the final third. The first goal showed his accuracy in tight spaces as he managed to unleash his shot. The second goal was a well-placed header, an avenue that has not been shown frequently by the teenager. His shot was cleared off the line in the second half or else he could have got a hattrick to his name.

FWD, Thomas Muller — 8/10

Thomas Muller continues to get better in terms of his creativity. The German forward got another assist to his name in the Bundesliga during the game against Wolfsburg. He delivered a pin-point cross from the right flank. Muller was relentless in the number ten role throughout the game, linking the midfield and attack. Despite featuring in the midweek game, Muller didn’t show drop in intensity during this game.

FWD, Leroy Sane — 7/10

Leroy Sane worked hard throughout his stay on the pitch against Wolfsburg. He was helping Pavard defensively and picking up the right pass whenever Die Roten breaking through the midfield. However, the final pass or shot was letting Sane down.

Sane had two golden chances with both feet to find the back of the net, but he couldn’t muster both shots on target. Sane’s performances have steadily improved as the season has progressed, but the efficiency in the final third is still missing. The German winger is likely to be at his best next season.
