Bayern Munich made history last Thursday as Hansi Flick’s team completed the sextuple by winning the Club World Cup final against Tigres. The German Champions delivered a dominant and professional display to clinch a 1-0 win against the Mexican side.

Along with the victory in Qatar on Thursday, Die Roten further consolidated their position as the most successful club during the 21st century. According to Transfermarkt, Bayern has managed to win 44 trophies in this century, nine more than the second-best team in this list (Porto).

On the back of this amazing feat, it is the right time to look at some of the best Bayern Munich teams over the years. The successful teams often dominate domestic leagues as well as Europe and World. Bayern has managed to achieve this feat on numerous occasions, but there has been a unique feature or characteristic of every team.
