Bayern Munich: Player ratings from 4-1 victory over Hoffenheim

As usual, Lewandowski found the back of the net for Bayern. The striker has now scored in all of his last nine Bundesliga appearances. In addition to his second-half goal, Lewandowski registered his sixth assist of the season as he set up Muller for his strike in the 43rd minute. As long as Lewandowski keeps scoring, Bayern will continue to be a difficult club to beat.
Sub, Jamal Musiala-7/10
Musiala replaced Roca in the second half and recorded three interceptions and one blocked shot. Overall, it was a strong substitute performance from Bayern’s young talent.
Sub, Leroy Sane-6/10
Sane entered in the second half to replace Gnabry and nearly scored in the 73rd minute when his curling effort was saved by the goalkeeper. Aside from his shot, Sane finished with one key pass and one cross.
Sub, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting-6/10
Bayern’s back up striker replaced Muller in the 74th minute. Choupo-Moting didn’t find much involvement in the match after he entered. According to Who Scored, he had just one touch during his brief appearance.
Sub, Douglas Costa-6/10
Costa entered in the 74th minute to replace Coman. He produced one shot and all of his pass attempts found their targets as he finished with a 100% pass completion percentage.
Sub, Niklas Sule-6/10
Sule was the last player to enter the match for Bayern as he replaced Boateng in the 87th minute. The center back made one interception and completed both his passes so it was a largely successful substitute appearance for Sule even if was only for a few minutes.
