Four things to watch out for Bayern Munich during 2021.

Bayern Munich ended 2020 on a strong note by winning a fiercely competed game against Bayer Leverkusen. It was the final game of a successful Hinrunde as Die Roten finished top of the Bundesliga, with a lead of two points. They are also very well placed in the cup competitions.

The first team squad returned to training on Wednesday as they prepare for the league game against Mainz. Die Roten didn’t have enough time for the usual warm-weather training during the winter break this season. Before we start building up towards Sunday’s game, it is time to preview the new year.

Last year was remarkable for Bayern Munich, and matching that success in the coming year will take an extraordinary effort. The current squad has the quality to do the unthinkable and dominate all competitions in 2021. There is a perfect blend of young and experienced players in the current squad.

Along with success for the club across all competitions during 2021, here are few things to watch out for in the next 12. There are some intriguing things to keep an eye on about Bayern and the current group of players.
