Every year the Champions League has been alluding the club since 2013. Finally, things clicked together, and the club brought back the trophy to Allianz Arena in August. Along with European domination, Die Roten keep on coming on top in the Bundesliga, winning their eighth consecutive league title.

The challenge for the club is to remain on the top and enjoy sustained success. The early signs this season are promising.
