Team News for Bayern Munich

Bayern will welcome Leroy Sane back into the squad on Saturday. The German winger has been on the sidelines since the defeat against Hoffenheim last month. He started training with the first team on Friday, so he is likely to get minutes from the bench on Saturday.

Tanguy Kouassi continues his rehabilitation from a muscle injury that he suffered at the start of September. The French defender has been training on the grass, so he is very close to complete fitness. However, Saturday’s game will be too early for Kouassi.

Serge Gnabry was tested positive for coronavirus on Tuesday, a night before the Champions League clash against Atletico Madrid. The German winger will have to isolate himself for two weeks, so he will not be available for selection against Frankfurt. Gnabry has reportedly been tested

Corentin Tolisso scored a mindblowing goal against Atletico Madrid. Despite enjoying good performances on the pitch, the Frenchman will have to watch Saturday’s Bundesliga game from home due to suspension. Tolisso is banned for two games after getting a straight red card against Arminia Bielefeld. Flick is likely to rotate the squad as Die Roten is playing two games every week till the next international break.
