Takeaways from Bayern Munich’s emphatic win against Atletico Madrid in CL.

Bayern Munich begins the Champions League campaign in the best possible manner. The German Champions clinched a thumping 4-0 win against Atletico Madrid in the first game of the group stage on Wednesday.

Defending the Champions League title is always a difficult task, so a good start in Europe against a strong opposition can set the tone for a good campaign. Atletico Madrid is renowned for conceding fewer goals, so scoring four goals in a single game takes special effort.
