Bayern Munich travels to Dortmund on Tuesday for a title-deciding clash.

The title race in the Bundesliga is entering the final seven gameweeks of the season. Bayern Munich continues to maintain a four-point lead over chasing Borussia Dortmund. On Tuesday, Dortmund will have the chance to make the title race even more interesting as they host Die Roten.

Hansi Flick’s men continued their winning run on Saturday. Eintracht Frankfurt caused problems in the second half, but overall it was a comfortable victory for Die Roten. The performance was much better than the previous week since players are slowly finding the rhythm.

Meanwhile, Borussia Dortmund also kept on putting pressure on Bavarians. After clinching a 4-0 win in Rivierderby, Dortmund cruised to a comfortable 2-0 win against Wolfsburg. Lucien Favre’s men are churning out results by delivering commanding performances. The young attacking talent at his disposal has been instilling fear in defenses of Bundesliga teams.

In the previous Der Klassiker, Die Roten came on top, dismantling Dortmund at Allianz Arena with a 4-0 win. Since then, BVB has picked up form and improved consistently, so Tuesday’s game is likely to be much closer than the game in November. A fierce tactical battle between Germany’s two best teams, where the margin for error will be very less.
