Five Bayern Munich players that may not be wearing the Bavarian shirt next season.

Bayern Munich made some big decisions last summer. The club finally parted ways with Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery. Rafinha was also released, and Mats Hummels re-joined Borussia Dortmund as the club decided to bring down the average age of the squad.

The defense was upgraded last summer by signing Lucas Hernandez and Benjamin Pavard. Meanwhile, midfield depth was further improved by signing Mickael Cuisance from Borussia Monchengladbach. The attack didn’t get permanent new faces as Die Roten made two loan signings at the end of the transfer window.

Rekordmeister will be looking to improve their attacking options in summer. Leroy Sane and Kai Havertz are reportedly Bayern’s top transfer targets to add more firepower in the squad. Since both players are likely to cost huge fees, Die Roten will have to manage their resources to accommodate them.

These arrivals will come at the cost of departures of some players. Here are five Bayern players that are likely to don colours of other clubs next season. These players may not fetch huge fees, but the wage bill will be much more balanced after their departures.
