Adrian Fein and Mickael Cuisance

Bayern can also afford to go without spending money on a midfielder in summer if Tolisso leaves the club. Rekordmeister can just replace the French midfielder with Adrian Fein. The young German midfielder is expected to join the first-team squad next season.

Fein has been a mainstay in Hamburg’s midfield this season. His consistent performances during the loan spell were rewarded by a contract extension by Bayern. The contract renewal suggests that Fein is rated highly by Bayern.

Tolisso is a dynamic midfielder, so Fein cannot be his direct replacement as he plays in the number six role. Bayern can replace Tolisso’s attacking contribution by giving Mickael Cuisance more opportunities next season. The French midfielder has been struggling for playing time this season, but the club is confident that he will be an important player in the future.

Replacing Tolisso with these two young players will be ideal for Bayern as they will not have to spend a penny to find a new midfielder. It will allow them to completely concentrate on getting two attacking players in summer. From a fan’s perspective, it will be the best scenario to see two young midfielders making an impact in the first team.
