Predicted Starting XI

Bayern Munich are unbeaten since mid-December in all competitions with the latest victory coming against Paderborn on Friday. Chelsea, on the contrary, have collected only five points in their last five league outings. The Blues have recently been plagued with injuries in their attacking department. On the other hand, Bayern had to deal with their share of problems in the defense.

Frank Lampard is expected to use a 4-2-3-1 formation if Callum Hudson-Odoi is available. Else, the hosts might be deployed in a 4-3-3 with Pedro used on the left flank. Bayern Munich will probably line up in their preferred 4-2-3-1 structure.

Expected Line-Ups:

Chelsea (4-2-3-1/4-3-3): Kepa Arrizabalaga, Reece James, Andreas Christensen, Antonio Rudiger, Cesar Azpilicueta, Jorginho, Mateo Kovacic, Mason Mount, Willian, Tammy Abraham, Callum Hudson-Odoi/Pedro.

Bayern (4-2-3-1): Manuel Neuer, Benjamin Pavard, Jerome Boateng, David Alaba, Alphonso Davies, Joshua Kimmich, Thiago Alcantara, Kingsley Coman, Thomas Muller, Serge Gnabry, Robert Lewandowski
