Four important things to watch out in the weekend’s early Bundesliga game between Bayern Munich and Paderborn.

Bayern Munich has been in cruise control in the Bundesliga during Ruckrunde. The defending champions have been ruthlessly swatting teams aside in their bid to reclaim the title. Hansi Flick has got the team back on track after a poor first half of the season.

Flick’s men are currently on an eight-game unbeaten run in the Bundesliga. Seven of these games have been victories as they dropped points only once against RB Leipzig at Allianz Arena. Rekordmeister will be looking to extend this run when they host Paderborn on Friday.

Paderborn are currently sitting at the other end of the table. The newly-promoted side is struggling for results, but still has enough time to come out of the relegation position. However, they don’t have any more room for error as they enter the final three months of the season. A positive result against defending champions will set them up for a strong finish.

Ahead of the important Champions League clash against Chelsea next week, there will be some interesting things to watch out from Bayern’s perspective on Saturday. Here are the four key things that Die Roten fans should look forward to in tonight’s game at Allianz Arena.
