Bayern Munich has multiple tactical options to ponder during the absence of Ivan Perisic.

It has been a torrid time for Bayern Munich on the injury front in January. As soon as things started to look better, with many players returning to fitness, Ivan Perisic suffered a fracture in his ankle during training last week. The Croatian is expected to be out for at least a month.

Perisic started three league games in Ruckrunde. He was playing on the left-flank, slowly and steadily getting back to his best. It is a huge pity that he suffered an injury at the wrong time, which can eventually reduce his chances of permanently moving to Bavaria.

Kingsley Coman is back from an ankle injury, so the Frenchman will replace Perisic in the lineup. However, it is not as straightforward as it seems. Coman will take time to be back to his fitness, and Hansi Flick is likely to ease him back to the starting XI.

In such a scenario, Flick can make some minute tactical adjustments to fill the void left by Perisic. As soon as Coman is back to complete fitness, then the German manager can continue using his preferred system. Here are those possible tactical changes Flick can do in the upcoming busy schedule.
