Opposition Focus

Hertha Berlin is currently going through a rough run of form, but no better way to get back to winning ways than defeating Bundesliga champions. Klinsmann will be looking to set his team in a low block and try to exploit Die Roten’s vulnerable defense on the counter.

Dodi Lukebakio will be the key man for the home side in the attack. The Belgian forward has previously created problems for Die Roten’s defense. He will be expected to lead the counterattacks for Berlin on Sunday.

Meanwhile, the midfield battle will be fascinating in this game. Marko Grujic and Per Ciljan Skjelbred will have the task of reducing space and move the ball quickly after winning it on turnovers. Bayern will have to be cautious with the position of defensive line to make sure that they don’t concede many counterattacks.

Bayern showed great character to clinch victories against Freiburg and Wolfsburg. They are looking vulnerable at the moment due to injuries, but I still think they will get the job done against Hertha Berlin.
