Diogo Dalot

Another Portuguese defender makes this list. Manchester United’s Diogo Dalot is the second right-back Bayern Munich should be keeping an eye on. The 20-year-old full-back has been struggling with injuries this season, but he is one of the best full-back prospects in his age group.

Dalot is also known for his offensive abilities. He has sharp dribbling skills and has a great variety of crosses in his locker. The former Porto defender links up well with the wide player and helps in stretching tight defenses.

There is a great scope of improvement in the defensive aspect of Dalot’s game. The Portuguese full-back often has a lapse of concentration while defending, and leaves acres of space behind him. He is good in one vs one defending, but with more playing time, he can surely polish rough edges of his game.

Dalot can also fill in on the left side of the defense if needed. He has fallen down the pecking order at Manchester United after the arrival of Aaron Wan-Bissaka in summer. Bayern should surely try to make a loan offer for him. They will get enough time to see if Dalot can be their long-term option for the right-back position.
