Bayern Munich needs its other star players to step up in the second half of the season by making significant improvements in their individual performances.

Bayern Munich endured a tough first half of the season as they currently sit in third place in the Bundesliga. In the cup competitions, they have progressed in the DFB Pokal and Champions League. The team performances have been in general inconsistent throughout the last five months.

Despite the team’s poor performances, Bayern Munich has had several players play incredible football over the course of the Hinrunde including Serge Gnabry, David Alaba, Thomas Muller, and of course Robert Lewandowski. Each of these players has had memorable performances this season. They have delivered clutch performances to save Die Roten from poor results on numerous occasions.

But on the other hand, Bayern has had players who haven’t been in the best form, and need to improve if they are to achieve their goals in the second half of the season. Here are five players who need to improve their form in the Ruckrunde.
