No more transfer sagas

The summer transfer window was a draining one for Bayern fans. The club had the right ideas for the positions they needed to address, but the execution was flawed. They eventually failed to sign their primary transfer targets in the attacking department.

Every Die Roten fan was excited about the prospect of seeing Leroy Sane in a Bayern shirt. There were conflicting reports and comments from both parties throughout the summer regarding this transfer. At one point, Kovac insisted that he is confident about the club signing Sane.

Marc Roca was the other player involved in another transfer saga that Bayern fans had to endure in summer. The Spanish midfielder was reportedly Die Roten’s top target in the midfield department, but they were not ready to pay the transfer fee demanded by Espanyol.

Bayern is known for doing its business efficiently and get the transfers done at the start of the window. Die Roten fans would like the club to use the same approach in winter and summer transfer markets. This doesn’t mean that they pay over the odds for players, but show some conviction and proactiveness instead of sticking to one player till the end of the window. Early transfers also help the new players to settle down at the club quickly.
