Bayern Munich has seen many great players throughout their 119 years of inception, but here is the all-time best XI of Germany’s most successful club.

FC Bayern Munich has been a major force in German football for years, especially after its inclusion in the Bundesliga. From the outset of their dominance in European football in the early seventies to their consecutive seven Bundesliga title wins since 2012. Bayern is more than just Stern des Suedens.

The club ushered their dominance in Europe, once again, in the 21st century by adding two UEFA Champions League titles to their cabinet in 2001 and 2013. With a total of five Champions League (formerly ECC) titles, Bayern is one of the most revered football teams in the world.

The industrial and commercial emergence in Germany, particularly in Bavaria, remains congruent with the financial progress of Bayern Munich. Additionally, the “Uli and Kalle” era on Bayern’s board in the past decade saw a phenomenal transformation to Bayern’s style of play and their talent recognition process. Amidst all the above factors, the core for Bayern’s prowess so far has been the players that once donned the famous “red” jersey to make this team what they are today.

With players ranging from the likes of legendary German defender, Franz Beckenbauer to the heroes of the 21st century, namely, Philipp Lahm and Franck Ribery, we analyze who makes it to our All-Time Bayern Munich’s top eleven.
