Bayern Munich winger Franck Ribery aiming to add more honours to his name for Bayern Munich.
The former French international extended his contract with Bayern Munich earlier this month. He believes that the club is in great shape to win more silverware in 2017. The winger has been an important player for Carlo Ancelotti this year.
Ribery turns 34 in April and he believes that he has still a lot to offer on the pitch. He suffered numerous injuries in past two years. Ribery came back strong this term and been enjoying his football under Ancelotti. While talking to Bild, Ribery expressed his happiness about signing the new deal at the club.

The Frenchman joined Bayern Munich in 2007 from Marseille. He has won numerous trophies with the club including the famous treble under Jupp Heynckes. The forward was Bayern’s important player that season and finished third in the race for Ballon D’or.

Ribery also stressed on his love for Bayern Munich fans in this interview. He was given a roaring ovation from the fans when he made his return in February after a lengthy spell on the sidelines. The winger admits that he is eager to bring more joy to the fans with his performances on the pitch.

Ribery is currently enjoying the winter break as his team end the year on a high by opening a three point lead at the top of the table in Bundesliga.
